Looking to create a Clan? Start Here! Empty Looking to create a Clan? Start Here!

Wed Apr 03, 2024 6:43 pm
Clans are a great way to make friends and make the most out of your experience in Ballland: World. Being a part of a clan is more than just a label that others can see in-game: It's a point of bonding and making long-lasting friendships, as well as an easier way to get better at the game.

Since BWorld supports clans on both the app and server level, this community is the main place for clans to develop, network, practice and engage in wars versus other clans. In order to create your own officially recognized clan, you'll need to:

1. Submit a post in this forum expressing your clan. What's its name? What's the meaning behind it? What's your playing style? How often do you wish to play together? What other things are you seeking with members of your clan? Do you have any graphics? Answer as many questions as you think we may have when looking for clans to join.

2. Have another member express interest in joining your clan in the clan post while it's here in the Application status. Clans are groups of people, and there's no use in having a guild set up for one person. To attract members, make sure your post is attractive. Add gameplay videos or graphics and keep it organized and up to date.

3. Once you have at least one member willing to join your clan, the Clan Leaders group moderator or any Global moderator will approve your clan and list it in Clan Central. The leader will also receive the Clan Leaders role. Your clan is now live.

Once your clan is live, you're free to set up clan wars and use your topic for general discussion, game-related or not.

What should you do as a clan leader?

As leader of your clan, you are in charge of your group. You can elect a Clan Co-Leader who will also pick up the Clan Leaders role and handle your clan operations while you're away.

Within the scope of Ballland: World, your team of people should attack the battlefields as a crew both in public and get better together in private. Once the clan-exclusive rooms feature goes live, you'll be able to restrict all but your members into your play rooms. You'll also be able to use the feature to allow a set of clans in and initiate clan wars.

The things that you can do with your clan are unlimited, but you do have an obligation to maintain the active status of your clan. Remember, groups require more than one person. If at any point your membership count drops to one (excluding Clan Leaders), your clan will become inactive and be placed back in the Clan Applications area. This may remove your registered status with servers.

Maintaining a list of members

As a registered clan, servers will be able to implement a Verified Clans feature, allowing only members of that clan to use its clan tag when connected online. This way, you get proper representation of your group's name.

In order for the Verified Clans system to work, Clan Leaders or their representatives must communicate with Server Hosters and inform them of their list of members every so often. The list of members will go into the servers, and all clan members will be properly represented.

What should you do as a clan member?

Being a clan member is much easier than a Clan Leader. It depends on the crew what exactly they want you to do in terms of activity. Most times it's good enough to check up on fellow clan members and show up for various missions. Your clan may have its own Discord server or connect through multiple games. Simply check  in with each clan to see what they want in terms of activity, skill level, or other things.

Any other questions, direct them to an experienced Clan Leader, Clan group moderator, or Global moderator.
