Spring Cleaning - Code Cleanup Period

We will be entering into a "Code Cleanup" period where a few things will be wrapped up before adding new features and releasing an update:
- The tileset revamp, tiles will be added in bulk and the revamp of old tiles (from BBDeluxe and past) will be finished.
- New sound effects will be added and decided upon for UI and HUD elements.
- Major bugs will be targeted and fixed.
- The server code will also be cleaned up.
- We will see about the Main Server certificate issue for web versions of the game.
- The community forum will have HALLC post things which boost the forum's SEO, which apparently is still important in this AI age.
- A supporter and moderator-only forum will be created to discuss the more "administrative" side of BWorld.

Following this cleanup period...
- The server will have new features such as Verified Clans.
- The game will have a few more UI additions and graphical improvements.
- There will be a graphical launcher.
- New stages will be worked on for multiplayer mode.
- Roles within the community will become clearer, with dedicated roles and onramps.

This period will take anywhere from a week to longer.
